Dd 8 13 we are still in recovery m ode from last night’s extremely successful wine tasting dinner.. I have been sitting in bed with a cuppa—mentally writing what could be a very amusing newspaper article. Janine had the farm looking gooooood... ben organized the wine- and donned a jacket to look and sound like he knew what he was talking about-- justin put on a splendid meal from start to steak /cheesecake it went verrrrry well.. and part of the success was Janine could demonstrate the animals we use to go to these nursing/ day care centers.. like sally—our 45 pound white turkey in her ‘convertible’. And leash trained piggy—plus some ½ grown baby chicks to sit on shoulders for photos !! it was a huge success .
Apparently we have another wine tasting dinner in about 2 weeks??
I am told all the details are put in a huge plastic box—to be straightened out ( washed) this morning
It was a good thing...
