DAILY DOGGIE - JAN 27, 2026 (by Carlene White)

Dd 1 2 iforget. We apparently survived the first belt and though there's another one spoken of I don't see it on my computer or telephone um I do believe we have about 16 inches unfortunately I have not left the house well I've gotten the thing you've done in here I replaced shelving and things like laundry,, And resolved some of the blue coat distribution. If there's any of you that don't remember the blue coats I I have a friend who worked at Disney and for some unknown reason they were throwing out a whole raft of blue coats I think it was over 100 it was all awful lot of blue beautiful lined jackets I remember my living room was just filled with boxes all carefully labeled from medium to 4X and over the years I distributed them to people who were helping here on the farm or whatever I am now down to wearing a 3X myself with a slightly large but that's OK and I have the shell of   xxxx. And a beautiful Pair of   barn boots size 8 ½

Michelle  did find someone And it really took 2 go rounds to even get a path clear then because Janine can watch the whole operation from South Carolina she says that justin Making his rounds with the snow blower it is very light fluffy stuff and he seems to be enjoying it in the blue coat mind you it's toasty

I recall   Years with that driveway we started bringing in old case(no cabin.. no brakes...) backhoe from Lynnfield and that was how I got the stone wall from behind the cabin up in front of the house so the Italian men could build us the fireplace but aside from that I used that crazy backhoe to plow the snow.... it did not have a cabin on it... Myself in moving blankets-- finally we bought a Kubota which didn't have a cabin on it either so I still was wrapping myself and moving blankets and because they try and plow a driveway with a bucket dozer it means you have to come and go and come and go and come and go so I I would go and remove snow every 4 inches and commit and drink coffee and go out and do it again and then we got the Kubota with the cabinet on it so I could remove my coat and wave at everybody else because it had a lovely heater-- it still was not a plow but it certainly worked well to get that mess off at the end of the driveway and move lumps around here and there.. Finally I graduated to a household type plow there was such a thing in the catalogs and attached it to the front of my forerunner Toyota.. So I finally got to the point of being comfortable plowing the driveway with a piece of equipment that was made to do just that.. At which point jeanine quite rightly said let's not ruin the car plowing snow so she insisted we find someone to plow this /it's certainly needed but it is not able to do the whole place you still have an awful lot of snow blowing to do in and around the kennels the buildings  etc...

Wouldn't be necessary if we just very quietly move to some apartment type place.. If you're going to enjoy a farm in the summer-- you just mentally have to be prepared for New England winter...
