DAILY DOGGIE - JAN 17, 2026 (by Carlene White)

Dd 1 18 maybe? I have used constant contact for years. And they are very careful about not allowing spam type things put it in an effort to keep it clean it means that if anybody gets unsubscribed by error which has happened it's extremely difficult if not impossible for me to get them back online so I send out two groups first thing in the morning 1 is to everybody who got unsubscribed and there were about 12 people there and then the constant contact bunch of about 2500 of which about 1200 read it and I have just spent now about 1/2 an hour trying to get somebody back on the constant contact list edit seems impossible which is extremely annoying the reason I like to have them on this constant contact is I can look up who's reading the dd. what time they're reading  it... Reasons I like to have that information available--which I don't have for the 12 people we'll get the daily doggy first before I copy and post to the constant contact list....

O. I just got the idea of labeling the two different versions so if anybody gets only the daily doggy labeled first list it would be fun for you to try and get yourself reestablished on my constant c ontact list it may be easy for some but it's not for me..

Never ceases to amaze me that 51 to 53% of the 2500 people read this regularly every day-- 38% ore men--I don't know how they determine that but it's an interesting number..

Here on the farm you are allowed to mention only one ailment. A day.. So my ailment today of Joyce is my head is screwed on the side I cannot look over my left shoulder and putting on a jacket involving my left sleeve takes considerable effort..  My efforts were encourage yesterday by a large size black Raspberry ice cream dish-- As I sat and watched the Internet version of a baked potato.

So much for the exciting part.

My struggle of the day is going to be how to get Uber to take me to Home Depot

then come back and get me after I have convinced them to cut up a sheet of plywood for shelving. In the kitchen department There will be a serious problem if they try and adhere to what was once the rule of only one cut per sheet of plywood because that obviously is not going to fit in a Uber.. All my old friends at Home Depot will still be there to bail me out.--Watch the newspaper for a picture of an old lady sitting on the curb of Home Depot holding 2 great big pieces of plywood... I could use  janine's truck and cut the plywood at home

but they are set up to make quick and easy cuts and their angle of 90° is exactly that without having to deal with 3 4 5 triangles/.

Ok. This copy of DD is going  to the CC list and should be fine....
