Dd 1 14 Somehow we seem to be getting along yesterday from unloading hay at 7:00 AM to getting a job done with larkey and not me OK he did fine then Nancy from the ohh God what is it the the elder care outfit whatever it is needing to have all kinds of information to try and figure out who should be my case manager it's tough to come up with why I need to have help when I can on occasion go out on a job with larkey but that's the case there's some things I just plain cannot do and it would be nice to have help with it however on we go...
I think finally yesterday I got into a situation where I was just plain overheated um this pellet stove thing was kicking out hot air um I don't at the moment know what the temperature was at that point but I all of a sudden it just plain didn't feel right and went immediately and opened the door and sat in the fresh air for about 20 minutes I felt much better but I think it was purely a case of overheating I didn't think that was possible with me but I I think if the temperature gets up over 80 in here I'm probably and need to rethink the the thermostat,,
big excitement of the day is a doctor's appointment with What has been called incidental finding of a lump in my throat Area,,, And Elizabeth already has a job in Rockport in the morning and I hope she gets back in time to get me to lahey by well I've forgotten what but 12:30 or so. Bud can you get on deck for this one it's over at that seaside nursing home--I think she will have just the rabbit and larkey. Which she can handle by herself anyway but if you're around by all means join them,,, I'm sorry to miss out on the fried clams coming back home passed Essex woodman's ,
It's really very difficult for me to get over to the barn for mail call ---I feel badly about it but between the ice and the fact that at that time of day I'm pretty damn tired. It's difficult for me to get out of a chair in the first place and it just so happens yesterday was the day the physical therapist comes by to make sure she drains me of all the energy I possibly could come up with.. But we're working on it,, I did manage to get to the bank at about 9:00 in the morning yesterday. To get the check for the hay which was about $6400.. The fun part of that visit was the bank manager offered to walk me out to the car out the back door and as he offered me his arm I grabbed his back pocket that was that was amusing--he was not ready for that one but he had to agree it was very efficient.
